The B&B Group in Indianapolis and Central Indiana handles the snow removal services for my entire [property management] portfolio that includes over 600,000 SF of Class A office buildings. I had zero tenant complaints throughout the entire snow season, which is saying a lot considering this was one of the harshest winters ever.

The fact that I could focus on my other duties as a property manager and not have to micro manage the snow removal company is a huge benefit.

B&B Group, Inc. is already contracted for the [upcoming] snow season.

I had a very positive experience with the B&B Group snow and ice removal management team.

We had a near record setting winter with temperatures well below normal and 57” of snow. The B&B Group did a great job with the snow and ice removal on the hospital property.

We have 55 acres of parking lot, 9 canopies and three mile of drive lanes plus 4 entrances. They were always here well before the snow started falling and they monitored the weather conditions hourly. They also kept their prices down and they never ran out of product. Kevin Mangin and his team are top notch.

[Our company] manages approximately 1.5 million square feet of office space (the majority of which is medical) and B&B has provided snow/ice management services at a majority of these facilities for years. They are a first class company that has been dependable, trust-worthy and professional from the first day we hired them. In the healthcare industry, patient care is of the utmost importance. Many of our facilities have patient visits from people that are physically impaired, elderly, handicapped or extremely ill.

Obviously, the walk from their car to the front door of our facilities would be difficult in the best of conditions. To have to do it with snow or ice present is next to impossible. In addition, it also puts our company and the owners in a position of liability if these parking lots and sidewalks aren’t completely clear. B&B has works day and night during the winter months to make sure our facilities are as safe and hazard free as humanly possible.

KUDOS on the parking lot! Patients have commented on the impressive job you guys have done with getting the ice melted and passable for safe walking!

WOW – I drove to all 4 centers and they looked AWESOME – thank you so much! I have had so many compliments and “thank yous” from the tenants – so thank you again for making my Friday and weekend so much better!!!! I’m on call this weekend, so this was a huge burden lifted off my shoulders!!! I seriously can’t thank you enough!!
